Robert Taylor

Robert Taylor has more than twenty years of experience in providing financial advisory and audit services. He has delivered buy-side and sell-side due diligence services to clients for transactions ranging in value from $5 million to $2 billion. Mr. Taylor has managed multiple transaction advisory engagements with targets in a variety of business sectors; most notably manufacturing, distribution, business services, retail, staffing, transportation, food and beverage, and advertising. Clients include private equity sponsors, family offices, specialty lenders, and business owners.
Prior to founding Taylor Oak, Mr. Taylor held advisory roles across national and Big Four accounting firms. Mr. Taylor is a licensed CPA in the state of New York. He graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, where he earned a Master of Science degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance. Mr. Taylor serves on the board of the Manhattan/Bronx Chapter of the New York State Society of CPAs.
